I received another call from him today. "I know you have family... I'm not letting this Heritage dispute go... I'm giving you a chance to make it right, or I'll file a grievance against you, I'll do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING."

I'm not sure what he plans to do, but it's the first time a player from a sportsbook dispute has ever threatened me.

For the record, I'd rule on that Heritage dispute the same way today as I did several years ago, threats or not.

I think if i remember right he had his mother sign up an account for him when he was banned so he can play and got caught.They did an investigation and did not pay him on 2 hits around $30000 or so. His Mom or whoever she was kept changing her story saying she did not know him then said he was her nephew then said he was her son.
The only problem i have is he apparently lost a ton in there so if they are not going to pay him his winnings they should have at least gave him back his deposits.

If this is the first time consider yourself lucky. Crazy that people who had nothing to do with sportsbook disputes were copping them for ages. Even better, spare a thought for those who received constant death threats against them and their children - although they had nothing to do with the book you loved - all while you hyped them so people would deposit so you could cash out.
