Do you experience issues with auto-refresh on Pinnacle (classic view) ???
Hello. Pinnacle recently made some changes that were supposed to be improvements, but since they made changements it's worth every day. These are the main problem i experience and i would like to know if you experience the same: when i use classic view, my "update odds" button frequently remains blocked and so i have no more auto-refresh.When using classic view, there's in the section "my settings" a box that one can click for auto-refresh. Of course i click it, but once the "update odds" button is "blocked", the "auto-refresh" box isn't "clicked" anymore, i have to click again on that box for chrono (of the" update odds" button) to start again... That's really annoying, i'm fed up always sending them emails to inform them of the problem but nothing is done...Am i the only who have that problem???

I have the same trouble with auto-refresh...I thought there lines were just being putting up ridiculously late for Live Betting...but it may be a website issue where the fresh lines just don't show up.

It's very annoying because I find myself having to go and use 5Dimes which doesn't always have the alternate lines I want. 5Dimes seems to work much smoother at any given time

Its why you use asian format...classic format extremely outdated and software very old.

              Hi Guys,

Pinnacle said to pass on thank yous and would like more help identifying the issues you are seeing. Requests are:

              1) What browser and version are you using? (got to help>about)

              2) What OS and version (examples: Windows Vista or XPor Mac)

              3) Is anyone willing to provide screen shots either posted here or by emailing Bill@SportsbookReview.com

              4) Is anyone willing to supply an email so you can help Pinnacle further address the issue directly.

              Thanks

I'm using Chrome Version 32.0.1700.107 m. with Vista.

I don't know how you can screenshot Live Lines not going up, or being up for only a few seconds. That's the only issue I see.

No. I just have my laptop. I have tried Firefox, though, and faced same issue.

This site is a bit of a hack job but it auto-updates lines from the api. Decimal only I think though.
