Nothing wrong here, you just forgot to read the rules (?).
If you take the bonus you are bound to the rollover..what i don´t understand:
Why do you have a problem with wagering 6k if you deposit an additional 5k?

Any help is much appreciated as I have a fiance and 3yr old little girl to support. This isnt small money to me!!

haha ok so I exxaggerated a little.
Im a pro poker player but I moved some of poker roll because I had what I thought was a lock on a game tonight and was going to bet 3/4k and then withdraw backout to neteller this week.
Its only because it will take a long while to get at the $5k that is a problem. Im not used to this dealing with online poker. The money is not a major issue if I get it back but didnt expect to wait months - which i am reading is norm with these!!

Am I really screwed unless I bet the other $6k??

Adam, I don't have a great deal of experience with BetUs, but from what I know of them I would think it is all but certain that they will now hold those funds until you've achieved the rollover. Perhaps other books would relent and send the deposit back (minus the bonus), but I'm also fairly certain that BetUs is not one of those books. Though some people swear by them, look around this site a little and you'll see that they have a shady past to say the least.

And sorry, but I completely agree with Casi's response. You might consider it sarcasm, but based on what you initially wrote I would say Casi's G.A. comment is the most sound advice you could possibly recieve here.

You are a professional poker player and a 6k rollover will affect your ability to provide for your family?

Sounds normal to me.
Sorry dude rollovers suck ,ecpessially when you deposit large amounts.
But if your willing to lose the bonus you can still make a withdraw.
Do yourself a favor,You have a nice bankroll dont put pressure on yourself and make bad bets to try to make your rollover thats what the books want.
Me personally I usally bet the bonus first parlays risky shit to see if I can double or triple early.
Then If I lose the free money its back to bussiness as usual.
I would really like for you to take this advice,And treat the bonus for what it is a bonus.
Take the principal and make good solid wagers and take your time and things will work out.

Im amazed. And I only play Pokerstars and Full Tilt never had proiblems or seen anything like this.

I would understand not being able to withdraw bonus - that is perfectly normal - but MY OWN MONEY?? WOW totally ABSURD!!

So what are peoples thoughts once I clear the 6k? Are they likely to take ages on Neteller cashout??

My deposits - $7700 ($2700 + $5000)
Bonus - $1250
Current Balance - $6800

All I want to do is take out $5000 deposit I made with MY MONEY and took NO BONUS/ROLLOEVER on. They can keep the rest for bonus!

I mean live chat said the most absurd thing - "if i had waited until balance $0 or < $5 I wouldnt have had any rollover to clear"

Adam I do use Betus and yes had the same problem I was lucky enough to win a couple more time while only losing I think two bets. Them putting me in the rollover actually ended up helping me and I was able to add to my account. The reason I do stay with them is cause when it came time for a payout it has taken about ten buisness days and the girl I deal with (Andrea) is very helpful and is great at answering anything I have to ask. By the way my deposit was 2000 so my rollover was not as big as yours but still I know the feeling of being pissed about it.

From Betus, FWIW:

We do not offer to rescind that bonus, should the client not use it and request a payout.

Did you even bet the 5k at all? I think the vast majority of shops, if not all, require you to bet through once before moving money.

Assuming this is Morrison's nonsense, since it sounds familiar. I've heard that BetUS shades the lines bigtime against people who sign up with his referral code. Next game you're supposed to play, see what BetUS offers and then see what pinnacle offers.

No I didnt I wasnt aware of this tbh. I have got to stage they are refunding $5k to neteller(so they say) but I have to bet with remainder to clear rollover. Not really happy but guess this is better than maybe losing whole lot (or having to chase fast)

I actually emailed neteller and they spoke with Betus and then all of sudden payout req went from "waiting for supervisor auth" to "ready to pay" so not sure if they pulled any strings.

I will update if and when I recieve monies

I would be more than happy for them to take the bonus freeplay amount of $350 back and return the remaining $680. I am not trying to get something for nothing. I am trying to recover the funds that I was scammed out of in the first place. AS I have previously said, BETUS is well aware of the situation with the SPORTS BETTING CHAMP SCAM and is actively supporting it by continuing in this way. It's time the sportbooks like BETUS either cleaned up their act or closed down. I still want mymoney returned to me.

Can you let me have the information of how you managed to get BETUS to concede to your request, this sets a precedence and gives me some hope that I will see my money again. I am ignorant of neteller and what involvement they had in your case. Can you explain it to me please.
I am still not getting through to BETUS who only answer with the same information on ROLL-OVER and refuse to release my money

And it is hard to believe that this guy is a newbie who worries about feeding his family, those types don´t deposit 5k when there is still money left in an account. Has bullshit written all over it..

And you think that the recording absolves you of all fault do you. I have expalined the relationship between SPORTS BETTING CHAMP and your company. I have also explained the specific details that I had to follow to make sure I dealt with his contacts at BETUS. This clearly shows your implication in his SCAM. The details he reports to his victims are false and REN told me that with him I had no problem of recovering the amount I needed to ensure I reached the payout figure. So listen for that in your recordings. Funny that you feel it safer to record the conversations, but then as you have dozens of customers in the same situation due to the same reasons you would would'nt you. BETUS is well aware of the scam which is being run, and the involvement
of it's staff in this matter. I am also recording all messages and emails and will make them public. You have my money, I am prepared to refund you in full the $350 freeplay you extended me. The rest of the money belongs to me and i want it returned. I will take whatever steps I have to, to get it back

Calm down...i cannot see what Betus is doing wrong here (and they ARE a shitty book..).
Take a bonus >>> fullfill the wagering requirements. Easy rule.

And as someone else pointed out, if you deposit 5k you have to roll that amount over at least once. Books do not want to pay for deposit fees and get no action in return.

I would not let this guy withdrawal before he wagered 6k, period.

Do U guys do not Understand? You see, the most disputes you read on this forum are about BETUS. Do you know anyone having disputes with pinnacle, Bookmaker and any other serious bookmaker. Only BETUS. The problem is that these scams do not like winning people. They will do anything against You if U are a winner. I have more than 6 thousand USD winnings there and they suspend my account. They claim that the reason is for "security check" but they changed 2 or 3 times their version and now thre days later, I can't ENTER in MY ACCOUNT. I have not words to explain. THEY ARE JUST THIEVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES. I hope everyone read this post and take notes before depositing with them

If you take a bonus at Bookmaker or Pinny, and do not want to wager the required rollover, but instead deposit more funds and want to withdrawal after that (lol), you get the same problems. It shows books are not the only ones that can be stupid/crooks

rollover bonus issues as well with BETUS

I am not a gambler normally, but deposit about $1000 into BetUs as I signed up. I bet during the world cup and my final amount right now is about $1200. So I asked them to let me withdraw it. They said I have to wager $6500 or so because of rollover bonus rules.

My response was, that one, I never agreed to any rollover bonus, nor do I know what that is. I have NOT TOUCHED the rollover bonus, and as such I should not be held to whatever rules they do not disclose.

I am new at betting on line (my first time)....could someone explain to me what my rights are. They also want me to provide them with a faxed photocopy of my driver's liscense and credit card...this opens me up for identity theft. Why can't they mail the check to my address they have on file, or credit the credit card back?

any advice would be highly appreciated.

by the way, I DID NOT TOUCH THE BONUS MONEY. If I did use the bonus money then I could understand that I should be held with whatever rule is attached to it. Frankly, I just wanted to bet my money on the World Cup and ignored everything that was bonus.
