    Problem with marathon (acc closure with 9.800 euro)
    It seems that i am the new victim(i hope not) of marathonbet.com...
    I am already waiting 8 days(they closed my acc after withdrawing my balance) just to hear the same excuses about security checks but in my case the acc is a bit older(5 months) than the other friend's
    i have also wagered big amounts and have placed hundrends of bets...
    its very weird because in the past i had also provided all the docs they asked for and i was betting almost every day for 5 months..
    I have already filled the complaint form of sbr and waiting for u assistance because i am desperate...

          What is happening with them? What are they trying to do?? To close accounts and take the money??

            I really dont get.Why dont you people wd money after game,it takes up to minute and its free of charge. I think many scammers jumo on marathon.
            Im only sicirely sorry for digo if he didnt resolve his case,beause he appear as good guy.

                to answer JJ's question, not saying this is the case with OP, however I think many of the complaints have been arbers with friends that havent taken appropriate security measures and been caught out with this book

                    Thank you. Now tell why are you saying this dummy rule to be golden? The golden rule is if you provide an ability to act some way, than you have to maintain it. They allow people to register and make deposits first. Even if your dummy rule is acceptable here, how come they can suspend your account for one-two-three month without saying anything except `investigation is still in process`. Really good service I agree

                        Actually not just signed 5 months before but a really active player...as i was betting almost every single day since the first days of sept.
                        I am still waiting an answer from sbr as marathon continues ignoring me

                          I'm in US now(I'm not US citizen), do they have some organizations in US(provider of electronic bills or smth) to give a complaint on marathonbet? I have similar issue, excepting they hold my $400
                          By the way, expect them to ban you from all public support services instead of getting support. Thats what happend to me after I provided a link to this thread mentioning that they have more unhappy `customers`.

                                Marathon is a beast at limits and other stuff but what they have is a very careful investigations for their players and a great customer service, namely Shuang and Adnan! The best duo I have ever seen at a bookie. (And Terri from Mansion88) I am hoping that Marathonbet will solve your problems in quick manner.

                                              It's simple reallly. Marathon bet has a ton of off market lines and posts openers often before pinnacle. So they are being hit by all the eastern euro/russian fuksticks and arbers. If they just banned all traffic from russia/east euro countries they would solve 3/4 of their problems until they worm their way back in.
