Solid out, decent bonuses , nice promotions , beatable lines. Negatives for me are customer service, impossible to get past the front lines and they are unwilling to pass you to a higher level manager. Deposits and withdrawals are limited since it is US facing. Winning players will get limited or their accounts closed. GTbets is a shell of the old VIP.com but with a limited number of reliable US facing books they are a top 5 out if you are allowed to play there. Not as good as 5D or Heritage but right the with DSI IMO.

I would never put them as an A book though..too much unknown about them and not enough reviews.
