    Bet911.com A POSITIVE experience
Hey everyone, I sent the below email today to Justin and Bill Dozer, and Justin thought it would be helpful to post in the forums, so here it goes.

    Hi Bill and Justin,

I have emailed you a few times in the past when I got screwed over by playing24hours.com. . After reading a lot of the negative talk about bet911 on here, I thought I would share with you my positive experiences I have had with bet911 over the last 3 years. I started playing with Bet911 during March Madness 2006 because a friend of mine referred me to them. I was skeptical at first because they offered a large signup bonus of 100% cash at the time. I put in $1000, and they matched it. I built that account up to $3000 or so by the end of basketball season, and then put in for a withdrawl. They paid me $1500 via moneygram in 5 days, and paid me the remaining $1500 or so a week later via a moneygram. Keep in mind, I was a winning account as this time, I had received hundreds of dollars in free money, and they still paid me. And this was 3 years ago when they were a lot smaller.
Over the last 3 years, I play with them from the beginning of basketball season thru the end of college basketball. I have never had a problem receiving my money. Once in a while it takes a little longer than I would like, but I always get paid, which is all that really matters to me. I have been stiffed by 2 other books before, and it doesn’t feel good. I think the longest it took for a payout was 4 weeks, and that was via a fed ex check, since they don’t do moneygram withdrawls anymore. IF there was someone they were going to screw over, I would think it would be me because I am a “lifetime winner” on their books somehow. I know it’s a miracle, I have managed to make a profit over the last 3 years lol.

Their weekly bonus programs are amazing. On Tuesdays I get a free ½ point on all my wagers, and last night alone, 2/24, I pushed on 2 games and won on 1 game that without the free ½ point I would have lost 2 of them and pushed on 1. Houston Rockets were -4.5, I got them at -4,(Final Score 98-94 I believe) Creighton was -6( They won by 6), I got them at -5.5, and the St Johns Under was 144.5, I got it at 145 ( Final Score 88-57). On Wednesdays (today) I put in 5 bets on the internet for the same amount, and then I call them and they add a 6th wager for the same amount for free. Thursdays they have -105 juice which adds up over the course of time, especially with the amount of games I play each night. AND for every 100 wagers I put in, I get $100 in Free play. They have a Friday promo similar to Weds, but you have to play Soccer so I don’t take advantage of that one, and I think they have something on Mondays too.

I have also always had amazing customer service over the last 3 years. I receive weekly calls, several emails a week from my CSR. At the time I opened my account Ruben Jay was my customer service rep. He has since moved on and my new Customer Service rep is Carl for about the last 6 months. Carl has always taken care of me and looks out for me. Last night I forgot to buy the free ½ point on the Houston Rockets game, so I had them at -4.5, however all my other games I had bought the free ½ point. I emailed Carl last night and explained what happened, and by 10:00AM this morning he had taken care of it and added the $220 back in my account even though I made a mistake. They understand mistakes happen, and it was obvious that I was using the promo as all my other wagers had it on there.

I am not a Big player, I consider myself a rec player. Bet911 is perfect for rec players. And I am a real person, and bet911 did not pay me or ask me to write this or anything. I live in Wisconsin , I am 30 years old, an accountant by trade, and love to bet on sports. You can email me if you would like to verify this or call me at 414-xxx-xxxx. Feel Free to share this with the other people on SBR. Thanks for a fantastic site that has probably saved people millions of dollars from scam books.

Who cares what there website looks like as long as your money is safe and the action is fair? You guys can play wherever you want, I really could care less. All I am saying is that they offer by FAR the best daily bonuses and deposit bonuses in the industry. And I have played at a lot of different sites over the years.

"I am not a Big player, I consider myself a rec player. Bet911 is perfect for rec players."

Any and all books are perfect for "recreational players"...do i need to spell this out?

"offer by FAR the best daily bonuses and deposit bonuses in the industry"

This of course is not true, but the point should be made that any and all books that have an understanding of the business would offer higher bonuses to keep a "recreational" player in house. I should know sadly.

It's also kind of ironic that SBR has posted this single letter speaking for a book with a long history of payout problems (not 1 or 2, but many). They receive letters from players all the time that are happy with A B or C book's sevices and most of these are never posted. It seems odd.

Lastly, if I am not mistaken Ruben Jay was a rep for Nine.com so I will make the assumption that this player came from Nine.com (ultra recreational book). It speaks volumes that he left bet911 to greener pastures. I would gather that his players were either not paid or slow paid.

Since huntnfish13 brought it up i would seriously doubt, one's money is safe at 911. But then again if SBR post it, it must be true...lol.

SBR did not post this. A player posted it after emailing his comments to me. I encourage all players to share comments, good or bad. When a comment is very different from my perception, I think it is especially noteworthy. Is it a real change, or a hiccup? The players know, and by getting you guys to discuss it, we can find out the truth.

                I still find that strange.

                No big deal.
