lately Betdsi CS is one of the worst when it comes to really important stuff ... you should send an email to cos@betdsi.eu and ask them about the bonus

In my experience at least.... if you call in a few days after a bonus expires and ask DSI to honor it... assuming you've played there for any amount of time they will usually extend it for you.
