I have received all of mine with no issues. Had a slight delay on one and they went above and beyond to fix it.

That's interesting. Didn't realize SBR had the no USA option listed on their site. Maybe they are only letting current U.S. customers still play there? I know I can still play there. That would suck to lose another great out.

Hello. I have been having more and more issues with betonline. They misplaced a 2000 wire for 20 days and now they have a policy where you have to wait 30 days to cash out if you take a bonus. Even if you meet rollover and even if you hit zero. No matter what. This went into effect October 1 2013. I'm still trying to get my 6200.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service anddno loyalty shown to year long customers who wager thousands. I don't get it but everything is leading me to explore other options.
