    BetBadlands
    Hi all,

I have recently playing at Betbadlands, they give a 50% free play on most deposits which seems pretty good by normal industry standards.

However, when placing the free plays I noticed that there site does not allow these funds to be used on money lines by way of an automatic prompt that appears when choosing which funds to use. As these prompts only appear once a market is selected I thought (and I my opinion reasonably so) that when selecting another market if there is no message then money line free plays are OK. This seemed to be confirmed by the fact the bet was taken and I got a ticket reference.

Now several days after one of these bets was placed and settled, I have had the winnings removed from my account.

Finding this hard to believe, I have just finishing to talking to Butch over their livechat service where I have been told that they accept no free plays on moneylines, that their site does not allow this to happen and that I must have cheated and are crying because I got caught out.

I placed these bets in good faith, I do not care if I can't use a free play on moneylines. I merely find something else to bet on - what does annoy me is that their system did not work as it's supposed to, I got no warning that this bet was invalid or against their rules. I also object to having money taken from my account with no prior notification, to be called a cheat and treated very badly. What ever happened to the customer is always right.

May I suggest, everyone who plays at Betbadlands checks their free play bets very carefully as contrary to Butch's beleif their site does not work all the time. I personally will never, ever be using Betbadlands again and I can only feel that they have robbed $611 from me ad that they are most definately not a B rated sportsbook.

I agree, I should have looked at the rules more clearly - what I don't like is the implication I have done this deliberately in an attempt to cheat.

        Paul,

We reviewed your account and see that you bet moneylines with your freebets. That is strictly prohibited and the winnings have been deducted from your account and the freeplay amount returned for you to use again. If you do this again, the account will be closed and the balance confiscated.

        Thank you.

They returned the FP to you, so no harm, no foul. If they wanted to really be pricks about it they could have just cited their rule and confiscated the FP all together.

With that said, I have no idea why anyone continues to mess around with these kind of books. Just stick to the SBR recommended list and you'll be fine.

Why someone would play at BetBadlands over somewhere like 5D or BetIslands continues to blow my mind.

I believe BetBadLands has a new facelift and is named Ucabet. (www.ucabet.co)

Nice layout and good promos too.

I also know that BetBadLands has been in the industry for quite sometime, so as per payouts and funding options go, they are solid. Good option to keep in mind.
