Yesterday I've made a deposit, the transaction was succesfull and money was taken from my skrill account but they didn't pay funds into my marathon account as of now. I've filled two chats complains and sent two emails, no answer to my emails and the customer service only says to wait.

I had exactly the same problem, but with Bet365 few days ago. I did a deposit by Neteller, the money was taken from my Neteller's account but they didn't credit it in my Bet365's account. After some boring talks with both of them, Bet365 did credit my account.
