    Bet365 won`t give me bonus
Hi to all, I register with Bet365 yesterday and deposit 100 euro. I placed one bet of 100 and I lost. Today I recive email

I am contacting you with regards to your bet365 account.

Having reviewed your account, we are no longer able to offer you our telephone betting service. However, our online service is fully active and available to you to be able to place all of your future bets.

In order to reward new and existing customers, bet365 make regular offers such as bonuses and free bets.

These offers are expensive and bet365 policy is therefore not to allow them to customer accounts where we consider that the offers could make a significant difference to the likely profitability of this account.

Unfortunately, your account has been identified in this way, and whilst you may continue to bet online with bet365 and receive offers in our Casino, Games and Poker Room, we are notifying you that your account will not be eligible for bet365 sportsbook offers in future.

If you require any further assistance, our team are available 24 hours a day by Live Chat, email at support@customerservices365.com, or call +441782 684 757 and we will be pleased to assist you.

    Kind Regards

    Georgina
    The bet365 Team

You need to contact IBAS. They pull this stunt all the time. I think they have given everyone a bonus that has contacted IBAS. It's crap that they pull this, but it works.

When a book intentionally and systematically does something that it knows won't stand up to regulatory inquiry, it has zero business with a B+ rating, or even a C+ rating.

The translation of their email is that they think he's a bonus hustler, probably based either on the referring site or his geographic location.

That message is the same I got, a year after opening the account. However at the time, was caning them on the mlb. I guess when they severely limit you they also automatically revoke bonus entitlement as well.

Yes it's their standard e-mail, but if you get it straight after opening the account / placing one bet, it likely means they think you're bonus hustling.

Might be a case of IEsnare then, Bet365 uses it.
