I have the same problem with Betdsi ... live chat not working, live-betting also not working

I get this message wheh I try to contact live chat

The requested URL /LivePerson/Contact.asp was not found on this server.

I got a call from a Bookmaker rep today wanting me to try em out. We come to terms, then I go to login, the site doesn't load. 10 minutes later it finally loads but slow as molasses. Now the login info he gave me doesn't work. I go to click live help and also get a broken link.

And this is supposed to be one of the best shops around?

I sent Betdsi an email and received an automatic response (never happened so far) from Customer Care cs@sports-helpdesk.com telling me that they will respond in 24-48 hours

You guys are still having issues with the bookmaker site? About two weeks ago they had a huge issue that lasted about a week but since last weekend it's been fine for me.

The site is working fine for me. However, the live chat is not working for Bookmaker or CRIS.

how is it fine? did you actually read the first post? OP said livechat is not working and the payouts phone number he was given is out of service - did you check that? livechat still not working ...

avoid. better books out there.

at one time these guys were the best....but I think they got to be fat cats and now don't care about their customer service.

im not sure if they went with some cheap options on the server or what the problem is .... but they have been having a ton of issues as of late.

finally Betdsi live CS worked and I was told

JC: Everythign is working now...
JC: LiveBetting will be fixed as soon as possible..
