i believe they will issue a DC to you and you should submit documents like id, passport and utility bill...

if you used your card for deposit you might have a waiting period before you can withdraw

DC is the best method. It's not like 5Dimes where you get a credit to your personal DC, this is a 3rd party DC you will receive via mail. Take it to ATM for withdrawal or make purchases.

Thanks everyone. Ill look into the DC. And the waiting period for withdraw was 72 hours if I remember correctly.

Although I'm in the military and utilities are included in the apartment rent I'm renting. Is the lack of a utility bill going to be a big issue? Will they work around that?

yeah ... but last time I withdrew they had a promotion for M G withdrawal and they refunded the fees as freeplay

Thee best option out there period.... i requested DC withdrawl last night after falcon game funds taken out this morning at 9am its loaded onto my card at 1pm pst
