    BetOnline Just screwed me!
I was looking at my Live Betting on Betonline and came across Ohio St. at +275 and also Ohio St. +9. I loved the game and put all of my remaining money on them. They are now up 24-14 at halftime. They decided at their "discression" that they would cancel my wagers. It is not my fault that they messed up and I locked it in. If I accidentally make a bet I do not have the option to take it back! That was many more games that I could have bet. They are not honoring bets that are made and pretty much screwing me out of money.

I think they should honor it because it is a live bet. That is there mistake IMO. Talk to someone from their management.

I did and he was a complete douche! He posted something saying how they can change wagers if it is due to human error or something and then said that its part of the rules. I told him I would post on sbr and all he could say was alright and make sure you post rules. I said screw this book and I will make sure people on sbr read about this and he said "SURE." and asked if I needed anymore assistance. I said not much assistance just screwing me out of bets and other bets I would have liked to place. His reply was "Your welcome!"

If it was human error/bad line then most books would cancel the wager, and all of them have the rule. Its called "Palaple error"
You can try getting the bet honored at corrected odds, though.

          Obvious line error.

Any sane book would have done the same thing.

They were never behind. Those lines are obvious line errors. They should not honor that.

Dude you got +9 on a -9 and +275 on a -275. They sure as hell would/should cancel those. Give me a break.

I wanted to share my small experience with BetOnline. First, yes I do shop odds here with helps from SBR live odds. BetOnline had a small 0.02 higher than any others book at that moment. They also offered a 50% bonus deposit (50NHL13 still on their front page).

I deposit 400$. I didn't read the term of service completely but I got a nice surprise after the deposit, 24$ admin fees. But I said Ok, I think it's a good exchange for that 50% bonus (10x rollovers). I placed my bet 5 minutes later.

My teams won. Next day, I notice on my bill they took the money and not long after, give it back without any warning. I want to mention they give my money back way before the start of the game. I got 3 email from them: Confirmation email, confirmation Deposit and user information. Now I try to logon on their site and it doesn't work. I guess they closed my account.

                            NCAAF September 26 7:30PM - Virginia Tech +7 at 1.95
From the time of my email, the bet was placed around September 25 2:15PM.

At the very least, they should have sent me an email about whatever situation so I could place my bet somewhere else...

it is in their live betting agreement that they can cancel if it is an obvious error

The only reason why I disagree is because it was a live bet. Otherwise, I agree, it was a bad line and could easily be canceled. In this case why wouldn't a live bet get honored?

Because this isn't an example of a questionable bad line that's a few cents off market value. The odds were obviously accidentally flipped and is as obvious of a line error as it gets. Live or not they had no choice.
