what is considered a large player/small player?
hi. i seen this thrown around a lot. people recommend different books for different players.

is having like 5000 in my account and betting 100 - 1000 at a time considered a large player?

Large for an online betting forum, maybe. But otherwise absolutely not.

It's all relative. If you only have. $5k to your name and your throwing $1000 a game, that's huge, but for some, $1k is chump change

Its not so much length as it is girth or so I'm told. Compare to an M203 round and we can give an accurate assessment if your considered large.

I would disagree with most and say that the kind of player you describe is a just a tick below large but definitely above average. I base this on the list of balances lost at betislands and the fact that many books are now strictly p2p with banking limits below 1k. Three years ago I would say definitely not a large player but times have changed.

yeah times have changed i agree, if ur betting 500-1000 a game, its not small

wouldnt say they would be considered a "Large" id say avg/slightly above maybe?

but in the overall scheme of things, its not a large gambler by any means as several above posters have already said

but of course im just guessing

On a scale of 1-10 id say you are a 7.
But it really doesnt matter much.

Seems to be a common question but I don't understand why people care so much. It's all relative. Bet what you can afford to bet and leave it at that. No one should care what others are betting, but some people want to believe they are ballers betting more than most. In reality who cares.

great point, everyone wants to be something they are not. if its a lot for you then that is what matters. just because someone bets big doesn't mean they have a lot of money and just because someone bets small it doesn't mean they are poor.

Here @ the M casino in Vegas, they take 25K bets all day long on MLB. I think that's probably where I would make the cutoff. Lots of guys betting 3K on NFL and losing - they don't know what they are doing.

Agreed. %99 of bettors are betting more then they can afford to lose. Some bettors feel like he is a bigger, better capper when he bets big. Betting big does't make you an elite capper.

My fun/small stake may be a huge stake for another bettor, it's all relative.

tell some random guy on the streets your betting 100 a game and he will think its huge.

tell some pro capper and he will thinks its small

                                    IMO 500-1000 is big.
