    British bookmaker William Hill (SBR rating A) is pulling out of China. As of August 19, all residents of China will have their accounts suspended. After this date, the players will be unable to use their accounts to access the sportsbook or any of the gaming rooms.                   All the gaming companies say Macau is their cash cow like fukin 70% of their profits while places like Vegas and AC are on a steep decline....guess China and the US share a version of gambling laws that are uh selective

                    That's the whole reason why Macau was set up. So that degen gamblers from Mainland China have to fly over to get their fix. It's pretty funny seeing how Chinese are possibly the only culture that embraces gambling (gambling is allowed and actually encouraged on our New Year, kids are given red packets filled with money and they use it to gamble then. gambling at funerals as well).

                        That is really sad for chinese people. Most of them gamble lot of money, but i heard many other bet platforms are doing the same thing, like not allowing chinese people.

                              WH was not making any money in China. Locals do all of the business and between govt and crime syndicates pressuring foreign books WH ran scared.
