Agreed, no way this book should be rated A+. I sent an email 10 days to confirm a bonus rollover and never received an answer. Their CS is just abysmal. Their livechat is rarely if ever there even if it says "online".

You need to somehow get a stop payment on that check and request a new one and as said before never request via regular mail... If you must get a check use a currier. If you are having so much trouble with their CS then fill out a complaint form with SBR, let them help you.

I've had numerous sportsbook to sportsbook transfers with WSEX, and they would always get it done the next business days.

Also, I recently requested a Fedex check, and I got it less than 3 weeks.

Wsex is the pioneer in sports books, and during all these years, they had never stiff one single person, their reputation is unadulterated.

I do agreed that they need to improve their cashout time though.

It's time to call it what it is....slow pay. It doesn;t matter how long they have been around. All the signs of financial trouble are there. Evasive customer service; multiple conflicting excuses for ridiculous payout delays, regardless of method; aggressive promotions seeking new deposits; trying to retain funds by adding a fee to interbook outgoing transfers... I have no idea of the inner workings of WSEX, but until someone proves otherwise, I am going under the assumption that something is not right.

This is it for me for WSEX.

Last time, my FedEx check took 3 weeks to arrived ,and they refunded my 50 dollar fees.

This time, my check took more than 3 weeks, they did sent me a tracking number, however it is not FedEx or anything courier, it is the old slow usps that takes forever, and they refused to refund my fee, and WSEX poster Judy are pretty active to solve issue last time, however, both my private message and emails has gone unanswered.

This is it for me. SBR SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

This is not an A+ book, B book at the best.

i on day 18 and they wont even talk to me the site is a joke. spent 33 mins on there joke of a live support and still couldnt get an answer and i had to log in under the ol ladys name just to get them to talk to me what a bunch of bullshi

I requested a fed ex courier withdrawal on February 23rd and paid the $50 fee and I have yet to receive any status whatsoever on my withdrawal.

The website says 4-6 business days and its been 19 business days already.

I have emailed them on several occassions and the only response I got was that the withdrawal request was sent to the check processor and they will give me a tracking number when its shipped out by them.

I requested a withdrawal on the same day from their sister site Matchbook and received the check 2 days later. What on Earth is wrong with WSEX as they both use the exact same check processor?

Most of the girls there in customer service don't have a clue...........with that said, I've always had my book-to-book transfers (in and out) done in an hour or two.

Wsex is not the place you guys wanna be. I got fed up with them a few months ago, and hit the door running, and never looked back. Getting paid is such a hassle on that site. I wouldn't recommend WSEX to anyone, their are way better sites out there.

What a complete shock. My withdrawal from Feb 3 was "lost in the mail." They have to put a stop payment and reissue. Who knows how long that will take.

And the worst part is, this is routine and completely expected, it's not even the slightest bit unusual.

I have received checks in the past from them, and my address hasn't changed. Their excuse is complete BS. SBR should be embarrassed that they refuse to downgrade them, when their grade is so obviously due to $$$.

I have recently received checks from Bodog within 6 days, Youwager within 7 days, and Wagerweb within 12 days. I am still waiting on a WSEX withdrawal from Feb 3.

This has nothing to do with the "banks." It has to do with WSEX seeing a problem and not caring.

Moneybookers payouts

In past 2 weeks I have requested 6 moneybookers payouts and have yet to get one cent in moneybookers account. First they said it was a cashiers page problem, now they are saying they are working on moneybookers problem. I am a long time wsex client and have quick payouts in past but am starting to wish i never signed up with them.

Waiting on a check from early February, told their are "processing delays" but no timeline to get the checks out. Need to make a tax payment in April, thought I left plenty of time but apparantly not. Have never waited this long for a check from these guys

you can make a transfer to Matchbook , their sister site . Apparently they have less problems with the banks .

Payout request was Monday morning, received late afternoon Wed. I called Wed. for an update and they processed right after my call. Still waiting for 2nd payout requested on Wed.

Some people might not be interested in paying $50 for them to pass money from their right hand to their left hand, then on top of that pay again when they withdraw from Matchbook, just because WSEX can't send out a damn check.

I guess you fit into category A if you think it's reasonable for a book to take advantage of players like that.
