For months I would put in for a check on Monday it would process on Tuesday and my funds would be to me usually on Thursday and Friday at the latest. Excellent service anyways 2 weeks ago I put in for a check on Sunday night and it came the following Friday. Like clockwork. I also put in for a check 8 hours later on Monday morning well that check has yet to come. also I put in for another check a couple days later and again no check. Also processing times for these 2 checks were 1 full day longer then normal.

I'm sure in time my money will show up but I've been through bounced checks/checks not showing up the whole nine. My guess is something happened with the processor. Nobody in CS knows anything its a total waste of time. The told me it take 7-14 biz days to get my check which is 100% not accurate it took exactly 2 biz days for 17 checks. ANyways I'm sure something is up and this is a heads up I'd wait to hear from other players about being paid before putting in for any checks....

Another factor that supports that is their new requirements for ID/ Credit Card Verification docs. Sportsbook group asked for those long ago when they got new processors but sportsbetting has been skipping to their own beat for a while and is now finally asking for those docs. I'll say this- with the type of success your having, I'm suprised they haven't cut your limits.

strange...Just 7-10 days ago, after some withdrawal requests, although they still honored the withdrawal immediately which was good. Know of another friend that they also haven't yet asked for docs.. somewhat of a quirky book, but they've always come thru when I start to get concerned.

Bro, maybe they are afraid of the Financial crisis so they are asking such proof to verify our account...
Too Bad it's hard to send these kind of documents online....
Maybe I'll just try to withdraw via Moneybookers or Neteller to skip such problems..

Man ive gotten checks requested mid january but am missing ones from late december, ive got requests for docs but no withdraws have been returned to the account. They owe me 5 figures more. Chat doesnt know what checks have been sent and what ones are still processing. Its a big headache dealing with them right now, a unfortunate change from late last year when things were running so smoothly.

Exactly- a late December request during their "processor shutdown" period, nowhere to be found, but a couple of early January checks processed quickly. let keep updates flowing.

This site is getting more and more of a huge PITA. From missing checks, to "your documents are too dark" when they are clear as day, to taking 72 hours to fix a grading error, to only being able to request one $2500 max withdraw a day. It used to be Risk<Reward but it may now be the other way around.

Their seem to be a lot more security document complaits coming in to SBR. The upside is that we are getting fewer withdrawal complaints in general from them, and once the documents are confirmed, payouts are going quicker.

Anyone who is having an issue feel free to email me with account number, when you withdrew, whatever other details, and I can try to get it resolved.

Also if you just want to report your recent experience with this book, good or bad, email me the details. I am coming up with a report on how they are doing and I need as much player feedback as possible.

Hey guys, just received a check from these guys yesterday 1/29. Check was requested on 11/28. Been with them for a while but this is simply unacceptable. I haven't put a dime back in there and I now have a new book.

Good news.

I still have 15k outstanding, and one $2500 bounced check which i recently got an email saying had been re-issued. We'll see

I recieved checks the other day...I knew something was up and they have changed processors. Checks now coming from well known US bank...out of MD. No more fed ex checks came USPS and took 17 days. I put the check in today my guess is things will start to pick up again with getting these in a better time frame.
