a couple of posts in this thread are evidence that that statement is false

and they very closely resemble my own very brief stay at Boylesports ... even by UK standards they are lightning quick in limiting ..... an utter waste of time

Please read back my whole post....My experience was different with them, but I wrote, that if this fast limiting thing is true (as many other posts suggested), than they should get a lower grade....there is no "false" statement, as there could be MANY reasons why some users got limited, and why others don't... (f.e: do they win a lot from the bookie or not, what kind of event do they bet on, what stakes, do they use casino meanwhile etc etc etc....)

the earlier posters reported being limited after one and two LOSING bets respectively !

don't recall precisely what my betting record was but damned sure I didn't win much if anything as I was in out of there very quickly

I certainly didn't use the casino and from what the other posters said they referred only to making bets so I presume they too didn't play the casino

The thing is though, whether the bets won or lost, the guy(s) were most likely limited shortly after the bets were placed if they were seen to be likely arbitrage business or beating a line move that they had been slow to react to...

            B+ works imo.

Only one minor issue in limited experience to report, and could be an isolated case

The management was responsive which is a plus, but in past problem resolution cases I rate them below average. The complaints I fielded was poker related (but same company). I'm a little fuzzy on the exact details but the gist of it, they had some sort of "daily" rake race and bonus program, and disqualified a player from participating for reasons he winning too much and wasn't profitable for the poker room (sounds odd, but he was cashing out more than he was raking / depositing taking money out of the economy and I guess skins need to pay a higher network fee when this is the case). Anyways he had already won a race (not yet paid) and met the qualifications for some bonus that was pending before they cut off his bonus privileges. Unanimous consensus on forums was Boyles is a decent company but in this case the player should be paid what he's already earned prior to them notifying him he was no longer eligible. The response from the manager dealing with it was atrocious, and he certainly made the company look foolish. The good news is after a week or so and dealing with someone more experienced, perhaps higher up, it was resolved in the players favor, but it took a lot of pulling teeth and mini bad PR hit to them to get what should have been a trivial amount which it shouldn't even have been reasonable to dispute it wasn't owed as the player acted always in good faith, did nothing wrong, nor had any reason to believe he wasn't a profitable customer to the gambling site.

Again maybe isolated incident, and in the end was settled fairly.
