I'd like to hear at some opinion about how you feel that Customer Service Representatives have treated you on both sides, the outstanding service and the horrible service. And you could also give out some advice on how we, Customer Service representatives, could improve in the service given.
I will still keep the name of the company I work for in secret for loyalty to it.
I highly ecourage those CS reps looking at this to take this thread as personal growth so that we give the best of ourselves while doing our job.
