wsex withdrawal little issue so far..
    Hello,

i write this while in the phone waiting for the an agent to talk with WSEX.COM
Im trying to do a withdrawal through moneybookers, wich usually takes not more than 5 minutes with for instance betjamaica or bet365 to have it my account.
After 2 hours waiting the money is not in my moneybookers account and neither has been processed by WSEX, I call them and they told me that moneybookers is not working, but I say impossible cause im logged in and have make some transactions in the last minutes
As they insist that is a problem in moneybookers site, so I say OK use neteller, and they told me that neteller is also not working after some disccussion I talk to someone else who ask for my credentials and according to her the request has now started to be processed, we will se...

I'd be shocked if you have to update anything other than getting paid.

5 minutes is very fast, but 2 hours isn't something to be concerned about, do you find betjam and 365 always that fast, if so i might use them,
      good luck

Yeah usually bet365 takes a bit longer, but not more than 2 hours, but any of bet365 or betjm, had any problem to start to process the withdrawal, WSEX so far did. Of course all of this applies only to moneybookers as method of withdrawal.
Sure they will pay fast but just to share my experience

            Hi durito,

the thing is that moneybookers is instant, you dont have to wait as with checks, 24 hours is a lot of time with moneybookers, they dont make you wait any single minut, starting to count since the bookie make the payment of course..
Sorry for all the people who has to use checks, is pity that US customers and other countries can not withdrawal through this system.

              i understand.

but, it's only instant if they have money in their moneybookers account.

a lot of US facing books don't keep these accounts fully loaded anymore now that most US players can't use them.

nevertheless, a place like WSEX should still be processing these same day as requested (and they aren't... there are a few reports here of 2-4 days for MB withdrawals and that IMO is unacceptable from an A+ book)

sometimes the book doesn't have the money in that particular account, i once requested 500 through instadebit at 5dimes, and was told i would have to wait until people make deposits, i didn't think a small amount would be a problem , but i guess it is for U.S. books

Yeah that makes sense if they dont have money in their moneybookers account but still is unaceptable for an A+ rated bookie, my only experience with moneybookers and US bookies has been with betjm and the payment went smoothly since the very beginning. Bet365 are europeans so I dont count them.

I did several Moneybookers withdrawals from WSEX in the last month and they took an average of about 3 days (And I didn't start a single panicky thread the whole time.)

You have nothing to worry about. There is no problem.

What happens at Bet Jamaica and Bet365 is irrelevant. I could tell you books that are taking 3 weeks to do Moneybookers payouts. But what is the point? They are different companies.

6 weeks for a check? I hope you didn't pay the extra $50 for Fed Ex delivery.

I never panic about this, just this is a good forum to share any experience
THe issue was that they were not processing the withdrawal because I could lost my bonus (thing that I dont care at all) I moved the money to another book with better odds for what I like.
The money is now in my account after 2 calls to wsex.
                        Thanks for the comments

I'm hearing the same bigpun. WSEX tell you Neteller isn't working, then when you say "you can not be serious" they say ok actually it is working just for you...

                            Gotta love these A+ books.

Yeah eachwayplease, sometimes I wonder why some bookies get A+ and others B, when actually B works much better than A+. For instance in my case bet365 and betjm payed without questions or issues, one is B the other one A+, I dont see the difference. Then wsex is A+ but knowing how they try to avoid paying you it should be B- at least.

Personally can't decide. Is it because the A+ books are just better books? Or because of the size of their contributions to SBR?

The "A+" books really are better. I have played at every single one. If you play long enough with a book, you'll have disputes with almost any of them. My past issues have always been resolved, and I have no reservations keeping large sums at any A+ book.

I'm starting to think that WSEX is no longer an A+ book.

I understand the processing issues and I trust them with a big balance, but no other A+ book has as many payout issues as they are continually having.

Disagreement about the grading of a wager is a dispute. This can happen with any book. Some you win, some you lose. The better books will treat you more fairly.

Not being allowed to withdraw your money is a bit more significant than that.

Personally I draw the line at deposit-only books, but some bettors don't mind them if they pay big enough bonuses and let you buy off the three.

I'm not saying WSEX are a deposit-only book, but I am having a heck of a time collecting my money from them.

WSEX should be paying me and other victims interest on our money to compensate for our inconvenience.
