    Sportsinteraction.com AVOID
In early October I won a bet of 990.00 bet on their site. I immediately requested a withdrawl to my checking account. Before this withdrawl could be processed they wanted verification, I sent everything they asked and after several attempts they finally approved my verification. In the meantime I won another bet of 1000.00+ which I also immediately requested to be withdrawn to my checking account. After a few phone calls and few online chats with their online chat support I got the first withdrawl to go through into my checking account.

I also received notification that the second withdrawl had been approved, but it never appeared to go from the approval state to the processed state. I made several calls again was told it's been approved and I will receive the funds in 7-10 days which never happened. It never moved out of the approval state to the processed state. For some reason I made the mistake of requesting a check withdrawl. A check was finally shipped to me on 11/13 in the amount of 1090.00. I received check and made the deposit. The check was returned to me stating the checking account that issued the check had been closed.

Of course I immediately called sportsinteraction and spoke with I believe "leon" who was apologetic and he gave me a number to call of the company that issued the check. I called this number and spoke with "Shawn". He claimed the checking account information had been compromised so they had to shut it down. He said no worries a new check would be issued ASAP. This was in early December. I've called "Shawn" two other times in late December and was told a check was being processed and another time I was told a check was in the mail. I asked for tracking information of course they could'nt provide one.

So today I decided to call Sportsinteraction again. I told the rep "Damien" my situation he then asked for my account login name. After about 10 seconds he hung the phone up on me. I've been nothing but cooperative with these people and at this point I don't know what to do.

Obviously I would not reccomend this site to anyone.

A bunch of sites had that check problem. I got a reissued check in a couple of weeks.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

A lot of books endure these types of processing problems nowadays to the point it's really not a big deal anymore IMO (sad but true). I'm sure you will get a reissued check shortly, however if you don't. You can always inquire to SBR for some assistance.

Sorry to hear you got involved with these clowns Zachjack, as I also had the misfortune of signing in to their site many years ago. One of the worst experiences ever. I'm completely confident that you'll get your funds...It just will probably be a huge pain in the ass to accomplish.

Let me go out on a limb here.....When you state that your ID was verified after "several attempts", I'm going to guess that your submitted documents were "too dark", an old standby line from these unimaginative degenerates.....

I have dealt with SIA for years and have had nothing but good, profitable experiences but some people report problems so I have no desire to charge to SIA's defense. My attitude is: whatever. If people want to avoid them, it is no skin off my nutsack.

I read your post ZJ. Sounds like some hassles. Then we got here:

I'll tell you what I would do. If I was on a phone call and it got cut off, I would immediately phone back. No?

The next step, it seems to me, is to call them back and continue that conversation that got cut off.

Sometimes payout just don't go smoothly and some of them unfortunately require more hassles and pestering than others. But I really think you can work this one out. It sounds like you were doing all the right things but then you just stopped.

I have by no means stopped. I've been dealing with these people for almost three months trying to get a payout. I've had over 25 phone and online chat conversations with them over the last 3 months and I've been fed so much garbage. Today I reached my boiling point after I was hung up on and it was not in my best interest to call them back right away. I of course will call back again.

My point of making this post is for others to be aware of SIA. I have three other sites that I have used for years and have never had a problem with withdrawls. I made the mistake of using these guys on a reccomendation from a friend.

SIA is definately the strangest book in terms of players.

              I've never played there(& I've played at 30+ shops)
but the varying opinions are wild.

SIA wrote us, noting that this player's problem is being resolved. They attempted contact via telephone and email, and the player is now in touch with a CS rep.

I was contacted by Jon at SIA and he handled the situation very professionally. He is getting a check sent out to me ASAP and he was kind enough to credit my SIA account $25.00.

SIA was one of the first books I used and still do. THen I came here and found out they were rated a D last I saw, Then I said to myself OOPS!!! Their website Design is just short of superb, this is the main reason I was drawn into them, oh and Win odds on Futures always seem to be good. Nontheless I am too Withdrawaling money From SIA. Isnt it funny how when you deposit money they get it from you in record time, Say 2 min or less, then when it comes to withdrawal this is when they want to know your life history and the last time you went to . Three Sites at once, gonna go on and get them all out of the way. Gonna start drawing the line at $2000, once there its time to start moving the money.

Whewww, that is one of the most annoying posts you've made and you make MANY of them constantly supporting the SLOW paying books!!!

                        It IS a big deal!!!
It should NOT be happening at all!!!
We don't hear complaints of processing problems at The Greek or BetJam or in the recent thread about Heritage. Along with other books!!!

So again it IS a big deal and you guys at SBR should be holding joints like SI, WSEX and others accountable for their actions.

I've never had a problem with SIA, but I think its Web site is quite poor. Sometimes when I want to check a line, I'll go to its site and because the game has already started, it's removed entirely. If there's a way to find the NHL's Grand Salami once the first game of the day has begun, please let me know because I can't find it. Why can't they leave up the wager and just declare all the betting icons inactive? I'd love to have previous days' wagers available for research and I'm sure others would, too.

?? If I'm understanding this correctly, no book would ever do this.

Anyways, can anyone else confirm check withdrawal availability at SIA right now? The option has been listed as unavailable to me for quite some time now, with really the only option being InstaDebit, which I'd need to open an account at.
