After about 10 weeks the check has been delivered. I will post when I have a chance to take it to the bank and make sure that it clears.

I'm afraid to fill out the complaint form to not piss them off. I am at that 10 week point so hopefully I get that check soon. Has anyone who filled out the complaint for got it resolved.

I also have moved to sportsinteraction.

There are so many complaints that come in against this shop they definitely wouldn't single anyone out or give them a hard time for filing, we'd have heard by now. There are some shoestring shops that do deliberately mistreat players who speak out though.

If you read the SBR updates you'd see the 30 players who filed complaints have had their payouts sent. Around $80K in delinquent payouts were cleared up but there's already 15 new ones that have popped up. There's no reason not to file your claim, it can only help.

What I don't is how they don't pay out and keep customers happy?

They have to be one of the largest shops just by the name alone.

I was given a Fedex tracking number today that doesnt work lol..

I could probably answer all the reasons but it would be so many I just do not have the time. It is what it is and it has been this way for a long time...

It took about 5 or 6 days for them to deliver the check once it was processed. They did give me a tracking number which did not work right away. It took about 2 days for the tracking number to start working. They explained to me that they deliver a massive batch of tracking labels to fed ex all at one time and that it can take a while for fed ex to get them all scanned in.

I took the check to my regular bank where I have a checking account. I took it to the drive through teller. Not the ATM. Everything went smooth and the funds cleared within 48 hours.

No, and it will say so I think on the check and in the message they send you once processed.

my last is being processed now..the 5th of 5. Took an average of about 11 weeks each

I used my cell phone app to deposit my check and had no problems. Its been over 2 weeks since I cashed it, so I think the check went through .But it did take almost 12 weeks before I finally received my check from the time I asked for a withdrawl.

They probably have issues with paying the American folks due to legislation and shit. I've had no problems at all cashing out (4x over past 2 mths), goes to my Skrill account within 24-48hrs. I'm from Singapore though

for me it's the poker action...plenty of tournaments all the time. I have a great job so I don't mind waiting on the money.

I make small deposits there for promo's ,casino and poker. I don't mind the wait becuase the size of my deposits. I play very agressive casino and sometimes have enough for decent buyin poker games. I think it'd be pretty damn depressing to win 75K in the 150K guaranteed on sunday and know you can't even see all of that money within 12 months!

I've only withdrawn a few time over the years, it was actually very quick becuase I got on the phone and told how it was going down. The delt with me but I imagine if you had some fat cash that tactic wouldn't fly.
