Bodog open only to Canada?

Hi is Bodog open only to Canada? I tried to sign up it gives me message that it is not allowed to bet from my territory, and when I try other countries just to check it is not allowed, only when I put Canada it is OK. What is wrong with them?

I am just now learning this. I am new and wanted to start with a smaller bankroll than the 5dime minimum. I think I will be moving to another site soon. everyone seems to be getting better lines than what I can get.
