Update, They gave me the endaround, They said it will be ready tomorrow, because they didn't calculate my roll over and it was too late to process it. Consider I called them around 10am, and said it would be ready around 3.

Will update tomorrow.

good to hear, i'm waiting for a 5k over 2-1/2 week. i guess they been having issue with that method
