i funded an acct with ** today and read a disclaimer "not to use ** to directly or indirectly fund illegal gambling activities!"
    has anyone had any problem?
what would you say if questioned?

Say "I am a federal law enforcement officer working undercover trying to set up posters in a public forum".

I wouldn't worry about it all that much sir. The books find ways around most of the legal issues when their applicable. If they were to questioned you, just say that "your sending money to a friend".

i tried to send a moneygram online and got questioned. i used that I'm sending it to a friend, and they demanded to know how i knew the person. Then started asking me how i knew the other people I sent money too, and they wouldnt process the transaction. lady on the phone was a total bitch!

I have used Moneygram and Western Union close to 50 times over the years to fund accounts. Never have been questioned, never had any problem in the department. A friend of mine is "banned" from using ** for depositing to much money into his account via **. Maybe because I have only deposited no more than $500 at a time, and usually $300 average that I do not get questioned.
