It's the first time i write in this forum, and in first i excuse myself for my english that is not so good.
I make a deposit of 1300 Euros (not withdrawal, but deposit!!)with the service moneybookers, and the greek applies to me a charge of 5% on my deposit (65 euros), they said that it's because my last withdrawal was made just 36 heures before (and i paied for that also 11 euros), so i deserve at them opinion, the appling of this policies rule :
- "Transfer charges will not be picked up on incoming deposits if a withdrawal has been made within the previous 48 hours. (If an account is shown to be making excessive deposits and withdrawals over short periods of time, reimbursement of transfer charges for the account will be discontinued)"
They applied to my deposit 65 euros of charge, and i make a deposit by moneybookers, there is not one rule that speaks about 5% of charge (attention because with this trand, they could apply also the 70% of charge....), and the fee of moneybookers for a merchant is not morethen 1 euro (or 2).
I hope you'll understand my disappoint and this rule is commented alone; it's completely illogical (if one customer make 2 deposit and one withdrawal in one month!!).
I'm a customer of the greek from 10 years and i've never seen a think like that from them or from other bookmakers!!!
To pay the charge for a deposit: ABSURD!

Danny
