Is it possible? Could I pretend I am from England, or will they know I'm lying?

if you mean by "could i pretend" just saying you're from england while opening an account with an american IP and providing some sort a fake non-existing adress, ofcourse they will know..

Sure it's possible to play at Pinnacle if your a U.S. citizen sir, however you would have to jump through many hoops in order to do it. Posters have discussed this option in great detail before, so my advice would be to use the search feature for the answers you are seeking.

Just call in your bets and get the James Bond accent ready.....Plus say "Wanker" and "Bollocks" a whole lot, and remember to call it football, not soccer.....

        That should do the trick.....

            Move outside the US.

If you are good enough to win at pinny, it's worth it. If not, don't bother.

Move to the UK - no tax on gambling at all, and the US$ is worth 30% more against the pound than it was 4/5 months back (our economy is even more ****ed than yours). Oh, and you can use moneybookers so same day withdrawals for nothing from most books.

US citizens still owe full tax on gambling winnings even if they reside legally in the UK.

Hrrrm, and I'm sure lots of them pay that.....

Seriously, so USians who work here have to pay full UK income tax (40% top rate remember!) as well as US taxes? :-)))

There are exemptions for foreign earned income. They don't count gambling income as earned income though.

Wow. You people are absurd. Your game selection is terrible as well. If you want to win a vast amount of arguments, argue with idiots. I would not classify Durito as one of these.
