In the playes edge casino on justbet.cx they promise you a 10% bonus on all losses in the casino. Its supposed to be automatic but ive had to email them several times before to add the bonus. This last time i had a very good run on the sports book and lost over 1k in the casino and here are how they are treating me after the big loss. First post i will show is one where they apoligize for it not automaticaly adding this bonus and that they are adding it. this is for loses on 3/5/13. the second set of emails will be for the date 3/6/13. In the second set they are trying to tell me i played in the wrong casino but that is not true. They say on their website they pay 10% for the players edge casino. the live casino does not get the bonus. As you will see over 1000 loss not on the live casino. They do keep good records otherwise i would of not been able to show this proof.

The very next day after the big loss this is how they are telling me they are not going to give the bonus. Its the same casino as the day prior but they try to convince me its a different one. Not sure if they realize if you lose 1000$ your not going to remember what casino you played in. More so sence its been an on going problem to get bonus from the casino loss.

If your system could tell the losses on 3/5/13 came from the players edge casino you can see the same thiing about 3/6/13. I do realize the loss is alot greater then it has been the last few times i had to be credited for losses in the players edge casino. I know i didnt play in the high roller casino so please credit the 10% or at least tell me that your not going to give the 10% for whatever the real reason is. I am not mistaken. i know what casino i played in just like the other times it had to be credited. I do have the emails from each time. I am going to post this on several SBR sites with my account number. I will update the posts if you decide to honor your bonus or if you decide not to. Thank you for yoour time.
