I would go with Betjamaica if youre talking budget. You can get paid in 3 days or less with ** or **, some say the cashier checks arrive in the same timeframe.

The snail mail checks take at least 30 days no matter which book you choose. The books you might want to checkout are 5Dimes, Betjamaica, or ThePig, because all three of these books offer one free Fedex check payout every month and you will normally receive these payments within 3-5 business days upon request.

I got a free ACH payout from Bookmaker. It took 7 days total. Very nice. No fee.

there's a lot of misinformation on all message boards. It's good to know that ACH is working well. It beats having to deposit checks any day

From the bookmaker.com site:

We no longer offer free ACH payouts as a withdrawal method, we apologize for this inconvenience.
During this month, you may request one free check, up to $3,000 (via regular mail only).
All withdrawals may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be processed, depending on the demand.

if you are a recreational better (which it sounds like you are), play at BETJAMAICA, the best.

if you want to play with serious money, play at THE GREEK. they are the parent company of betjamaica.

I myself am looking for books comparable to betjamica or the greek, i have heard too many mixed reviews to put my money elsewhere. i would love somebody to seriously convince me on another book comparable to the best. i need PERFECT payout histories, not too concerned with speediness of the payout. good customer service is 2nd on my list of importance

Even betjamaica and Greek have payout issues from time to time.

No book in the current environment is going to have a perfect payout record.

How do I know this? Because Greek bounced a courier check they sent to me one time. The situation was immediately resolved though because they told me to re-deposit the check and it would be good. So I re-deposited it and the check was good. This was actually the only check I've ever had that bounced. It caused my bank to put a very long hold on the re-deposited check but I knew it was not the Greek's fault.

All these books outsource their check processing. So you will not find perfect payout history with any trustworthy book. The bottom line is that you will get paid with the A+ books.

how long ago did that situation occur on the greek check?

Within the past year.

I will also note that the Greek handled it perfectly and they are one of the top 2 or 3 books that I would trust with my money. My point was that no book is immune to processor issues these days.

Then to make the same point, you quoted a sentence which states that Bookmaker no longer offers "FREE" payouts. There is a difference between not giving FREE payouts versus not processing any ACH payouts whatsoever.

Anyhow, in the end, who cares? Very few books offer the ACH withdrawal methods anyway. Why condemn one book, Bookmaker, and no the other 99.9% that don't offer ACH?

So whats up mods, are these check bouncing problems commonly occuring or isolated? I just want a book with poker and sports that is reliable, I was referred to bookmaker via u guys so have you checked into this problem.
