SBOBet XML and on SBR Odds

Hi Statdude,
SBO has a very specific contract for their xml and all users need to be whitelisted or they are blocked. This is common as books consider feed proprietary information.

We will be speaking with SBO on Friday and will see if we can get this fixed right away.

Excellent Bill.. thanks so much for the reply. I really appreciate you guys posting a feed of their odds, love your odds page. No real need for the XML with that, as it works for me.

Occasionally, on days with a TON of matches, I think some are dropped from your Tennis odds page. Any way the page max length can be extended to accommodate?

Hi Statdude,

SBOBet should be working fine now. We revised their tennis feed yesterday and found out that it contained some non traditional names for the tournaments, among other things. We tested the adjustments all day yesterday and everything looked ok.

About the second part of your inquiry, we don't really hide games, even on those very busy days. There is a chance we're not showing some minor games, for which most of the books might not have lines at all, but that is the only criteria for a game to show up.

I dont do tennis too often so wouldnt know how frequently matches are missing, but thats definitely the case sometimes, may be relatively small matches, but its not for the reason that most books dont post lines.

Chardy vs Garin in Chile in 2 hours for instance, 5d, Pinny, 365, the greek, bol all have this up.

I guess it would depend on where they are getting their events to post odds for from. It must be the problem - not SBR itself. If anything could be looked into, it would be that?
(I for example, get all my events fed right now from OddsPortal. Looking for a source for Golf, Fighting and Racing odds, as it doesnt have those).

To clarify, they are feeding European odds in as decimal.

Example:

-200 turns into +150 (1.50)
+200 turns into +300 (3.00)

Any news on sbobet lines on SBRodds? They have been down for weeks. Want to open an account there mostly for CBB, but their decimal odds and juiced spreads (they do not move the spread, only the price) makes hard to compare prices without sbrodds.

Yeah, it's what I'm doing, but when lines start moving fast, you need a fast comparison. It would be great if SBObet lines come back to SBR odds.
