Does anybody have a list of books that have same day debit card withdraws and what the fees are?

Doesn't credit wager limit you to $100 a game? If I want to play on credit I will use my local and collect cash on Tuesdays.

CW starts you at 100 per game and raises you as you give them volume. The maimimum balance on the card is $2,500. If you win more than that, difference will be sent by **. Also, daily withdrawal limit is $500.
