I had this issue as well. A couple weeks after I signed up, wires were no longer available. It's the cheapest, simplest deposit option for me so I was disappointed. Also had a bit of whiplash at that option just disappearing with no email or explanation. Didn't realize it's still posted on their site, that they take wires.

I simply stated what they did...I am not a rookie Ive had accounts in at least half a dozen books for over 6 years.
And I dont comb the forum to find threads about the book, I simply stated my experience and opinion. I dont care who trashes and who praises. Since I cant review sportsbooks on yelp, and this thread is entitled "sportsbooks and the industry", well...you put 1 and 1 together pal...

never said they were crooks. they simply do not know the first thing about attacting new clients/business model is terrible.
facts:
A) said they offer 100% match play up to 2k, then said its only 1k
B) assumed I was sharp for no reason ( I am anything but. quick name check would validate; I even jinx lang into winning Im that bad)
C) said they offer bank wires, to avoid nightmares of ** transfers thought of opening account here, only to be told they cant do that
D) they just left a message on my cell phone 30 minutes ago by some guy names "Jason" who is ready to take my deposit, after I told them off and said close account yesterday, so no communication whatsoever.
Tools deluxe. I praise books when they treat a customer right, and trash them as they deserve went they dont. Its simple. If someone has a bad experience and posts I dont come and say Im sick of this or Im sick of that. I just take with a grain of salt, see information as helpful when it is clear there is no other agenda, and it isnt some schmuck with 5 posts total about the same book.
