10bet withdrawel rules

Another thread with 10bet involved here.

I waited 30 days after my last withdrawel to make a new one today with 10bet, as I don't want to pay an (extraordinary) fee over it. I suddenly received an e-mail from their CS today that I have not met the rollover requirement of 5 times over my deposit yet, and therefor have to pay an 8% ( ) fee over it.

I understand a bookie is not a bank where you can deposit and withdraw like a normal bank, but this 5 times rollover is a bit harsh to be honest. If it was a bonus or something like that, I could justify it, but a normal deposit, come on... .

I just have the feeling they do anything to avoid people to withdraw with this joint, and I'm certain they will succeed in it.

to rollover your deposit 5 times (in my mind is was "only" 3 times) without using any bonus is absolutely ridiculous.

They have also charged me this 8% fee (because I don´t want to play with a scam book)
They also included the winnings. Not only the deposit. That means I have to pay a 80 Euro fee for a deposit of 250 Euro.

But thats not the only reason this book is horrible

in fact they are the worst bookie I've ever deposited money.
I had to roll over 3 times my moneybookers deposit which I did.
now I requested a payout and they stole nearly 80 €uros.
They say I did not roll over the deposit 3 times. But I did it...
Their chat and customer support sucks.
