Warning: Stay away from WWW.SPORTS.COM horrible C.S. and blind as bat turds
Several of us have contacted SPORTS and informed them of the mistake and directed them to the correct result as congenially as possible. However, they still refuse to see light, so here goes.

Probably should of taken a hint at the D- rating sportsbookreview.com has given these guys, but needed another book to spread the money around and not so many of the books carry the boxing lines I require, so decided to give it a go.

There was supposed to be a fight this past weekend 22/11 - Cecilio Santos vs. Msuthu in which I had a wager on the over 9.5

Santos did not end up fighting, instead there was a substitute - Jose Cabrera who got KO'd in 7 rounds.

Boxrec incorrectly reported the fight as Msuthu KO SANTOS in the 7th when it should of listed it as Msuthu KO CABRERA in the 7th.

The error has since been CORRECTED at boxrec.com (the end all be all for boxing results) and books with any intelligence have made this a canceled/voided wager.

It's not even a debatable matter as Santos simply did not fight that night.

Stay away from these moronic ass stains at all costs. Even when the evidence is right in front of their face they refuse to see reason.

If these idiots are reading this, know that your site SPORTS.COM will be blacklisted and slandered across the net daily for quite a while to come at ALL the popular sports forums, unless this line is voided...Costing you far more than the few minutes it might take to correct the mistake.

I doubt any books will payout both sides even if it was graded the wrong way by mistake, especially D- rated ones. However, you are always welcome to fill out a complaint form.

What you just said is incorrect as far as "any book..", books besides sports.com have already voided/canceled any wagers on this fight that didn't even happen.

We're talking next day corrections..Not something that was corrected at boxrec.com a week later.

I would hope they would come thru within 48 hours or so. I would think so. They are part of the Jazette/Sportsbook.com group I believe, for Canadian players? I had a similar situation a week or two ago and the book came around. They are busiest on the weekends of course with college/pro football . It's too clear cut for them not to correct their error. Keep us posted. Good luck

Will do man. Thank you. At this point it's more the fact of the matter than the money. Hopefully they take care of business here so I can recommend them as opposed to bad mouthing them...But at this point it looks bleak...They've been shown their error, yet refuse to do something about it... Hopefully that'll change...

Amended... I'm not sure what did it, but after countless hours of "fighting" with these guys to see reason, in spite of or because of, they finally voided the wagers placed on this fight that never took place.

Though it took some doing, props for WWW.SPORTS.COM and the parent company for coming through in the end.
