Hi everybody,
I'm a newbie here, thanx for a great forum!
I've registered with Gamebookers recently and my first bet with them was a bit strange experience. It was on ARI Cardinals v SEA Seahawks -3/+3. When I checked after the game it was canceled and they returned my money, although it wasn't push or anything like that. But the next morning the money was taken from my account and the bet settled as a loss (which is correct).
I've asked their CS about it and this is what they said:
I would like to inform you that this situation was caused because of a temporary issue in the system however the finale result is the write one. Since you have bet on SEA Seahawks in the game ARI Cardinals v SEA Seahawks -3/+3 which is a handicap bet and the final score is 26:20 for ARI Cardinals, even with the handicap advanced points your bet is a loosing one. Therefore after the situation was solved the bet was settled correctly. I apologize for the inconvenience and I want to assure you that the situation was solved by the terms and conditions of our website.
Anybody with the same experience? Do they do it often?
It just doesn't make them look very trustworthy in my eyes.
