Best customer service, lots of things to bet (missing some stuff like 2H team total, 2H moneylines etc.), and most importantly they pay.
Also the website is easy to maneuver. Overall I am most pleased with this book of all the ones that I have dealt with.

Requested payout Nov. 1st ,am still waiting for just the tracking number verifying that it was sent.

Customer service said to try again on Monday...

what kind of payout? were there any issues as far as you had to send or fax license or info? requested 2 payouts this month, one check and one ** and got both less under 4 days.

I think there are genuine processor issues as multiple well respected books are claiming processor issues at the moment. I'll be requesting a payout from dsi shortly, I'll let you know how it goes.

I haven't had many complaints with them that they haven't taken care of fairly quickly. Expect NCAAF & NFL lines to be up thur-fri.

Football lines aren't up until Thur/Fri??? Jeez I thought *my* book was slow.

2 years (since the day I turned 18).

And they are up earlier than that, all lines are up right now for NCAAF and NFL. Only thing I have ever seen as odd is that I cannot include some NCAAF games in parlays until later in the week (like Wednesday or Thursday).
Anything besides halves and the standard spread/total/ML do not go up until game day typically.

Does Bet DSI offer both 1st half and 2nd half Team Totals? Open Parlays online and over the phone?
