I asked to have my rollover reset before i deposit again. I have a zero balance. They won't do it, they are saying i have to rollover this that and the other. zero balance equals zero rollover. end of story. there are other threads on sbr about this. it's obviously a scam against the uninformed.

#3What will happen is it;ll delay the payout, upon cash i believe they won't give you a hard time with a former RO, i had them remove a former RO and it took them 6 days, but live help told me it would not be an issue at cashout.Comment -

Wrong.
Sorry maybe I'm just thinking too simplistically, but once a balance is zero'd out from loses, not a payout, there is no justification (legitimate anyway), for that account to have ANY legacy roll overs.
You must remember what created the RO to in the first place. An incentive given to the player to deposit and bet. If the player blows through that deposit and the bonus, he's entitled to have a clean slate for his next deposit.
HERE'S WHERE IT CAN GET TRICKY:
I was playing various scenarios through my head to see where any logical paradoxes may exist regarding this constant question of resetting roll overs, and came up with this one:
If you deposit and take a bonus at a book with an intergrated poker room, it's possible to win money in sports, then lose it in the poker room, ergo the book now has given you a bonus, which you played with and won money with, yet your balance is zero without a payout.
Should you be entitled in this narrow example to have your RO requirement reset for your next deposit?
Justin, curious to hear your legally trained opinion on my example.Comment -

All they can do is send emails somewhere. Not sure I would even try to ask an important question to them on the phone, as every rep has thier own set of unique answers they like to stick with.
Then if you push them for a specific answer, they put you on hold, torture you with that f\*g guy on hold saying over and over, "poker anyone? Betonline, because you can!"
I want to reach through the phone and grab that recording by the collar, "No you can't asshole, because you're run by monkeys who can't even peel thier bananas without sending an 'email' to 'Dave Mason' in fake player services.
Then when the guy comes back after you've been on hold for 10 minutes, you can tell by his answer he didn't speak to any 'supervisor', he went to the bathroom, made some coffee, and slowly strolled back to his cubicle.
Yeah right.Comment -

#11Most of the 'nickel and dime' quality of life complaints against BOL are totally justified, because as far as I can tell, their phone CS people have very little to no authority to fix any problem.

Yeah right.
Also, I was promised 6 times at least (2 times by a supervisor) that a $25 payout fee would be credited to my account as a compensation for a delayed payout for over 5 weeks. I eventually gave up, and ended up having nothing credited on all occasions. I think it is either a stalling tactic they use until the customer gives up, or their emails being sent somewhere next to Zanzibar.Comment -

#14Read my first post in this thread.
There is no excuse, nor any valid reason why they should be constantly screwing people with stacking roll overs.
SBR is a small cross section of the gambling public. What's wven more disgraceful is the untold masses who have to bend over and take it w/o the benifit of a 'dispute resolver' like SBR.Comment -

to me, it shows that betonline really doesn't care about their players, and if they are like that how they keep their rating, besides buying their rating, is a jokeComment -

#16Sounds like a mistake. A few submitted disputes involved a few cents in a balance, in each case BOL reset the rollovers once a manager actually caught wind.

#19So obvious facts aside, like their software is 'unable' to reset a rollover (see then BOL may miss out on stacking a player who otherwise never would have caught it), here's the strategy:
If you find yourself in a case like the OP, with just a few bucks left from a large deposit w/ a huge roll, play huge dog parlays.
The few bucks are pretty much worthless, like points on SBR belonging to a non pro.
You mine as well take the huge longshot and if you do catch a big dog parlay, now meeting the roll may make sense.
I just don't see any other reasonable course of action.
That's why I never take a BOL bonus.Comment -
