5dimes with their payout??

They pay out withdrawals on the last method used for deposit, most online casinos do the same !

but what I am asking is what kind of method do they use that takes 3-6 business days to put money in prepaid card???

have u ask again after the 1st conversation with the agent?

i dont use any kind of cards, but only method that sounds firmiliar is they will payout to ur personal DC card, but pre-paid cards werent allowed for that option from my understanding, only a bank DC that u already have...but this sounds different as they did not give u any option but to have initial deposit replaced on a pre-paid card...sounds strange to me but like i said i dont use cc for deposit so i might be totally wrong here...

if u havent yet, maybe u need to talk to a different rep, we know those reps can become confused sometimes...i know that wasnt much help but thats all i can come up with

its ur own personal DC u already use everyday attached to ur bank....its not there card...u just fill out a form and hits ur account attached to whatever DC u have.....not pre-paid card, ur DC has to be from a bank

u can get $2,500 every 48 hrs for just 40 dollar fee

takes 4 or 5 days to recieve it

Yes.. this is the way to go! During my last chat with an agent from 5 Dimes, I asked every imaginable question that involved getting my money when I wanted it! I asked about the use of Prepaid Cards, and the agent said "you can try it". I didn't like that response so I made a mental note NOT to use Prepaid cards for any transactions. Especially withdrawals. Prepaid cards don't always work like your typical DC from a bank. If you try to credit a dollar amount to a prepaid other than the prescribed methods the company already has in place, it may cause the card to reject the funds because it thinks it's fraud.

My simple advice is: Use p2p or the DC method with the card being linked to your bank.

I asked 5dimes and they said I can use prepaid card.. And they also said every 5 business days instead of every 2 business days...I don't want to give out my dc number to them...so I am gonna try to use prepaid card since they said I can use it..

the rules state they cant payout using the DC method with pre-paid cards, only bank DC, but go with whatever they say of course...and ive got several max payouts from this methos waiting only 48 hrs between withdrawls usuing DC withdrawl unless it has recently changed which is possible

ive never made a deposit using any type of c.card though

Yes you can use prepaid cards to deposit- I've used it myself at 5D's, but when you request a payout you need to choose other methods of withdrawal like P2P or check. You also need to call them and tell them not to try to debit the funds to your prepaid card, because it's going to get rejected.

Sorry for being so new to alot of this but what do you mean by p2p?and why would this be a good method for dep/payouts? And what is the dc method you spoke about for the withdrawls?and why would this be such a good method?and have you have receive any trouble from you bank?

P2P - person to person...kinda like you send someone money through western-union...easy method to use when cashing out at the book
DC - debit-card...when you do a deposit with your DC, book gives you an option of crediting your winnings back to the same card.

update.. as I said before, I am bit skeptical with this way of processing payout.. so today is 5th business day and still no money... So I contact 5dimes to ask them how they process it. and all day said was it takes up to 7 business days now.. before, rep told me 3-6 business days..and now 7 business days... I know I know.. only one extra day... I am going to wait till Friday and see..

You can wait another two days or so, but when you call 5D's you need to ask if they really do payouts to prepaid debit cards.
I have a feeling they don't.

I've found that when I do a DC payout...If I do it on that Monday, it comes in on Friday....If I do it any other day of the week, it comes in the next Friday. I did one last month on a Tuesday and it took 8 days and came in the next Friday, not the next Monday in which I expected, as it usually takes 4 days.

But I never knew they did prepaid cards, since they needed my banking information with my home address in which the account is linked to. They seem to always need to know that and the whole prepaid card thing seems weird and I never knew they did that.

I am chatting with scott @ 5dimes and he said same thing... Only can be done with DC which is attach to the bank. Now I am complaining because I requested W U payout and they are the one who split the money between W U and prepaid card... he said he will look into it and asked me to wait.. it's been almost 10min and he is still looking for information i guess..

Yea sometimes that can be a bitch...When I requested a payout Monday, I was asked to wait while they confirmed some things, took about 7-10 minutes...Don't know what they had to confirm, but it seems like it went alot faster than 15 minutes last year...Also sucks that now you have to go through live chat in order to process a payout instead of just being able to click a few buttons and type in some shit...I hate live chat and waiting around in there, so I just walk away and come back every couple minutes and hope they responded.

Have fun waiting. And that's weird that they had you do a W U and then a prepaid card...Doesn't make sense, since it hasn't been a way to deposit for a while using a prepaid card, so not sure how or why they'd use that for a payout. Unless you used that way to request a payout and didn't realize it had to be associated with your bank.

i told ya i figured u were given bad info by a agent...guys in CS are clueless sometimes (most times actually)

pain in the ass this time, but in future should be simple

and u can request 2500 every 48 hrs, and be there in 4 or 5 days ...i know the dumb agent told u different details about this method

they still do accept prepaid card dep... but I lost all the money when I dep with prepaid card... and I sent them M G deposit.. Usually, when you make a deposit and if you lose all the money, then that's it... that deposit method doesn't carry over to your next deposit and next payout... I don't know if this make sense... but anyways.... so I don't understand why they paid me by splitting out to two payout methods when I just asked to me paid with W U... and i think it's been almost 25minutes now... he is still searching my account.
