I'm in basically the same situation. I've been looking at BetED (15% cash bonus if depo w/ ECheck or credit card) a good amount after playing Bodog for a while.

ThePig requires $20 minimum bet online so unless you're planning on depositing >$600 I don't know if its worth it.

I can recommend you 12bet.. as they are offering 20% bonus and their age limit is only 18.. that will fit your requirment..

12Bet is still a relatively new book, however they are an offspring of IbcBet. So they should be a pretty solid place to play considering I haven't read about any processing or complaints levied against them of sufficient nature just yet.

It is freeplay, but I'll take that. I put in $100, and after a 1-1 friday in CBB and a 6-4 CFB saturday I am at $200, cash balance now. It's about as good a value as you can find from a reputable book imo... heres the link:
