BetOnline payout issue

I've request a payout from BetOnline.

Initial request sent last Thursday, declined, because I had to send ID and stuff. Fair enough. Most books tell you they are going to do this and fully expected that.

Second request, Approved, last Friday. Payout method is Skrill and it states 36 hours.

Since then I have heard nothing from them and when I get on to live chat I am told that it is the problem of their third party processors.

I really dont think this is good enough performance from a supposedly decent bookmaker.

I've sent a complaint through SBR and also sent a message to Dave Mason on twitter (He can sent out the spam e-mails but he cant respond to a customer who is waiting on their money from the shoddy book).

What else can I do?

Obviously I am finished with this book unless they do something to get me my money quite quickly from here on in.

Try search in this forum. BOL has been having issue with slow pay. You will be paid but god knows when. Good luck.

I been waiting for a check for 3 weeks. I got hold of Dave Mason and requested them to pay me in p2p instead. A manager just called and said they can put the money back in my account, but won't cover the fees.

With BOL you have to expect a very slow payout. You will get paid in the end just might take 60 or so days. They will always mention third party issues. Never their fault.

I have found that the P2P is the best way to get paid. Still can take a while and cost is HUGE but fastest way to get money. I still bet there as I tend to have a baleen and play poker there. 5 dimes is what I would recommend.

Just to bring a close to this issue for my case.

Received a flurry of e-mails tonight to say that payout had been processed by betonline, received at skrill.

Very happy to have received the money and wish to put on record my thanks to Lou who I think had quite a bit to do with the payout being processed as quick as it was.
