On the 5Dimes registration page, it says: All information is kept strictly confidential.

Obviously, that isn't true. And for the record, I have never had a fraud related issue with any sportsbook.

So, they'll accept a p2p deposit from me, but not Moneybookers, and not a Book 2 Book? Pretty weird.

Is this normal?

i had the same issue with them. it is all b.s. they straightened it up for me later on.

I think I f-king figured out what the issue is with your deposits my friend- you're trying to make a 2nd deposit with the same deposit method in less than 24-48 hours. I think there is a place on their site where it talks about how often you can use each deposit method.
Do some reading on that, if you don't find anything - ask for the help of All Mighty Tony himself...GL

...oh and on the same note- if you have to make a 2nd deposit in the 24h frame- take a f-king break and rethink your strategy...

I have to edit my post for the 3rd time- I forgot one more thing...regardless of what CS tell you, they probably don't know Jack to start with about what is really happening with you particular account, it's the system that is blocking you, that is going off of your IP address, user name and cookies in your browser. If you're marked as say Moneybooker depositor in only 5Ds system, who made a deposit in the last 24h and it's not aloud by their system for your specific account type, then you're gonna get flagged...your entire user interface would change...some of the deposit options would go away and you might get errors.

CS would not know about it- they will give you some f-king generic answer, always ask to speak with some tech people or Tony

I just tried again (about 4 days after my deposit on Sept 27) and it is still rejected. Being in the "negative database" is obviously the problem...

I think you just have to call them and ask why, there is no such a thing as a negative f-g database that this guys share

...if there is it's f-ing tiny that get's barely updated...

Same problem here. Not allowed to deposit with cc, debit, or prepaid card. Only allowed p2p or gift card (beyond me why i can use gift card but not prepaid card???). They said i came up in a negative database. I have never done anything negative before as 5dimes is the only book i ever deposited with. i tried to ask them about it and they couldnt give me an answer.

There are tagging platforms used by banks, processors, sportsbooks etc. If you did a fraud charge at sportsbook.com 5dimes would see it. It doesn't mean that 5dimes is tagging you as we'll or vice versa. It doesn't mean that one note on the acct is correct either. People that do do fraud especially at more than one place, are blacklisted and have a hard time gaming online.

It looks like the "negative" database is something similar to credit report which contains negative marks on CC disputes, defaults, late bill payments etc. How did they get that database is another question.

What if you have never done a **********, or anything fraudulent whatsoever? Why should someone who has never done anything wrong be on this "negative database"? It doesn't seem like there is any appeal process or anything you can do about it, like you would for your credit report.

bottom line is none of these sportsbooks give a shit about customer service, and when they act as if they do, they lie to no end. The premise they do business on is that they are doing YOU a favor--there are no legitimate complaints...only ways for them to put the screws to you even more. Can't pay on time, not their fault or its on the way..or when you have a dispute with a wager placed...its to the point that someone needs to tell these cocks that without customers they'd all be doing something else.
