If you reside in the U.S. the only way you can play at VIP if you didn't have an account before is to have somebody give you a referral.

Yo bro, there is a site I am not sure though (most probably Asian bookie) but they are offering something like a VIP suite but I think it is only for Casino. nice.

I think you are referring to 188bet VIP Suite. Is this correct? Is it only for specific customer that they can join in this program their offer or for all members? Anyways I tried it and its great but minimum bet is big for me.
