BetOnline.Com Won't Pay Out. BEWARE !!!

I have requested a withdrawal through bankwire on September 29, 2008 for $5,000 from BetOnline.com, but still have NOT received my money, I called customer service repeatedly since October 24, 2008, and all they can tell me is to wait and that someone will call me once they find out what happened to the money, so everytime that I called they kept telling me the same thing without a definate answer on what happened to my payout, but noone has ever called me.
So today November 04, 2008, I called them again and was told the same thing, I talked to Bryant online, and he said the money was deducted from my account on 09/29/08 was sent to a third party to bankwire to me, but due to some unforeseen difficulties, they cant track or recall the money and that they will find out and call me, just wait for the phone call that never came, AGAIN !!!. I told them it has been 12 days since I first inquired about not receiving my money, and they still could NOT find out what happened to it ??? Then it would be lost forever without a chance for recovery. I dont believe that it took 12 days and not be able to trace it. I told them that they could recall the money and send me a Cashier's Check through a courier instead, they flatly refused to do so. I told them that I doubted that they really sent the money. I got really mad and stopped the conversation.

I also had a little bit of money turn up missing from them, but they swore up and down that the processor made the refunds. It was just a small credit card refund, and it wasn't really worth any more of my time and the effort required to work with their fine customer service to get it fixed so i gave up and took my funds elsewhere.

It sounds like CS isn't coming through for you and you need to speak with a mgr.. We will inquire with mgt. on your behalf. You can be confident you will be paid by BetOnline and mgt. will be able to help. Wires in general can get lost from time to time.

so this book takes 2,000 wagers. yet the max they will pay out is 5,000 by bank wire and they can't even take care of that. what a joke.

i don't doubt that they will pay you, but the fact that they OWE YOU $5,000 and they can't even work with you is pathetic. shit i owed CW a few hundred and forgot about it and they were threatening my first born.

I've got money in betonline and I wish this money was in a book like betjm, greek, matchbook, then maybe carib. remind me again why this company is an A and carib is a B? i'd pay anyone $300 right now to transfer my money from betonline to carib just because I know I will get paid, lol. they payin sbr a good commission or something?

But no question they are a brilliant book.

They are just to stupid to do an international bank wire.

Sorry to hear about your problems. I am suprised to hear this because Betonline has always been great at paying me very fast. I got 2 fedex check payouts a few months back and each took less than 3 days to receive. I think BetonLine is a great book because of the reduced juice and many bet offers but I certainly understand your frustration. I just requested a fedex check from Betonline and expect to have the money in a few days and will report back.

I posted this genuine problem, hoping that the moderators here can help me get my money. I did get a bankwire for 5K from BetOnline about the same day that I requested my 2nd withdrawal (after about 17 business days of waiting), but this 2nd withdrawal request is almost 6 weeks already, and after nearly 2 weeks of me inquired about not receiving my money, BetOnline have yet to give me a definate answer on what happened to my 2nd withdrawl, or to recall the bank wire and send me a Cashier's Check instead. Thanks for all your help.

BO told me that Cashier's Check is limited to about $1,000, but I wagered at least $50K total each weekend.

I doubt if you can get help, when a book decides to stiff there is nothing you can really do. They can go out of business and come back with another name. The A+ books are the ones with no question rather they are legal or not for everyone, if a book deals with any customer illegally they cant be fully trusted because they obviously have a shady side to them.

I don't know why they keep their Neteller account unfunded especially since it's clear people want paid out that way and they themselves advertise it. It just doesn't look good especially when they are happy to take deposits that way.

You are welcome Ted. It's a tough situation since they have to rely on third party processors to trace it but it's not uncommon. Dave's log shows him that you spoke with supervisor's about this. Regardless we will follow it each step until you have your money. I know BetOnline looks forward to the other forum customers hearing you received it as well.

I requested a withdrawal for $2k from Carib about 6 weeks ago and had the check in my hand in 2 business days.
