I have a small writeup for the French League One game in my other thread. This is a tough time of the year to figure out teams motivation as the league play ends. I havent had great numbers these last few weeks in alot of leagues judging from my sheets. Just sticking with the French pick and I have been very impressed with Newcastle this year.

Newcastle are looking at winning 6 in a row if they can win tomorrow and to be up there at the top of the table with Tottenham, Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton is impressive . Stoke really doesnt have anything to play for here, they wont face relegation and this seems like a great number on a team like Newcastle in great form. Fantastic year for the Magpies.

Another short line I dont really understand. Sporting KC is now 7-0 and are having their greatest run in the clubs history, they beat the cream of the MLS ( LA , DC united ,Real Salt Lake, New England, Chivas and Dallas) and just thrashed a good Vancouver team in Vancouver.

Portland is not an easy place to play but the Timbers are on a miserable run here, they have lost 4 straight to LA, Chivas, New England and Salt lake. Sporting beat Portland twice last year in their only meetings and the way Sporting KC is playing , you have to continue to back them until they show signs of slowing down.
