Should also consider a small parlay with Newcastle over 3.5. Can easily get that @3.

Would prefer playing Man Utd in-running as I have profit a bit from them falling behind and come back especially away from home against average or lower teams.

Can anyone post up statistics or the opening day for the last couple years?

I'm kind of leaning towards the Newcastle over. Both sides have had a fair bit of unrest over the last couple of months so will be extra fired up and there will be some key gaps in the midfield and defensive areas with the various departures and absences/injuries. To be honest, I'm not 100% sure if Wilshere's absence helps or hinders the bet but 1.87 with Pinnacle will probably do for me.

Several bookies look to be showing a little value on the Fulham win at present - Fulham have several competitive matches under their belts already with the Europa campaign and they have looked OK in the games where they have needed a result. I'm a fan of Martin Jol anyway but with two new managers in this game I favour Jol's Fulham over McLeish's Villa with McLeish starting relatively cold and likely to be setting up his side to play a more cagey style. Add Craven Cottage and the key outgoing transfers from Villa into the mix and I agree that the quoted 2.15 offers value. Bet 365 are offering 2.20 at the moment.
