That is your opinion but the facts are that he wants to go and that Barcelona want to sign him. There are also strong rumours that Arsenal understand that he will leave and are just holding out for a few more millions.

Lol. If anyone, its Fabregas who can play Barca style.
But the chances arent that big Arsenal is going to let him go, especially since Chelsea did a bid on David Villa so Barca would have the money to buy Fabregas so Arsenal would get less good. But hes definately gone to Barca by winter.

The president of Barca is not convinced at all about Cesc and they don't wanna pay 50M.

That's one of the questions I make myself when i think about Barça signing him... Xavi-Iniesta-Busquets is a perfect middle triangle... maybe cesc could play if Guardiola uses some kind of 4-4-2 instead of the usual 4-3-3

Xavi is 31 now. They obviously need a replacement there. Better to have one a year early than not have one at all.

Thiago has agreed a two-year contract extension.

I think Cesc(if he go to Barça) and Thiago will play more than we expect, because Xavi is 31, and Iniesta and Cesc can play for Villa or Pedro.
