Wasnt as one sided as you are making out. I suppose you didnt see the Rome 2009 final if you are looking for a one sided match. It was a game that Barca where in complete control of after the first 10 minutes, but at 1-1, utd still had a chance and gave away two goals that could have been prevented had they pressed.
How is that a reality check though for utd? Barca are the best club side ive ever seen but the current utd team is widely accepted as the worst utd team in what, 15 years as the old guard are moving on, yet they still managed to score against Barca and in my opinion keep the game competitive up until the 3rd goal.
And to call Legends of football like Scholes, Giggs, and Van der sar average journey man proves to me you know nothing about football.

I'm still amazed at the domination. When Barca didn't have possession, which was pretty much the whole match, Man U couldn't come close to getting anything going. It's one thing that they dominate possession but once they lose it they do such an amazing job of closing down and getting possession right back. 1) Man Utd would destroy Real
2) Man Utd will win EPL next year, Chelsea will barely finish 4th
3) Scholes and Giggs are EASILY IN THE TOP 50 of the greatest players, people are too stupid nowadays to see this, people want fukin fancy players that dance around like Ronaldo, and judge other great players while barely watching them at all.
4) EPL is a better competition than Liga will ever be... I didn't think Barca-United was that one-sided. We all know that Barca would play the possession game. But that doesn't mean a whole lot. United tied the game, didn't they? And they also dominated the first 10 minutes. I thought Van der Sar in form would have stopped the first and second goal. That was some very bad goal keeping. The third goal was great, including the move by the sideline, borrowed from Cruyff, that preceded it.
Barca was better. And they are a very good team. However, the CL is a joke these days. It's always the same teams in the final, so the money has decided this sport. Of course you can be great when you can buy anybody you want.Comment -
