Gijon - Racing Santander very weird odds

I would like some insight on this game please. The odds seem very very weird. Gijon - Santander. Gijon is now paying 1,20 and was at 1,29 yesterday. The draw is about 5 and Racing is about 11 or 12. This is screaming fixed to me. Thoughts?
