percentage of draws in soccer?

does anyone have an average number for the amount of draws typically in soccer percentage wise? i'm sure it probably differs from league to league but maybe english premier for example or another "big" league--any help would be appreciated

I think in EPL this year, there have been about 25% DRAWS from all games - not too sure though...
